Described Nearctic species and distribution
dahlmanni Westwood (1837): USA (CN, MA, OH)
rouxi Compere, 1936: Introduced to USA (CA)
Remarks
The only record of Habrolepis rouxi in California is its recovery in a San Diego orchard in 1943, and it is possible that this species is no longer present in the state. Noyes (2016) reported H. diaspidi (Risbec, 1951) from California, but although this species was imported into the state, it failed to establish. Specimens of H. dahlmanni in the USNM key to sp. 1, but the former has F1 and F5 virtually quadrate, while the latter have F1 and F5 wider than long.
