Sp. 1: Lassen, Marin, Nevada, Santa Barbara (RLZC), San Bernardino (UCRC) Both macropterous and brachypterous specimens. The color can vary: head from all black to all yellow. Mesosoma usually all black except with yellow scutum, but occasionally pronotum or scutellum also yellow. Metasoma mostly black dorsally, sometimes yellow basally.
Sp. 2: Inyo (UCRC)

Remarks

My “sp. 1” is the same as the “sp. 2” reported by Trjapitzin (2006).
